We are M.E.P. Europrojects Granada (Mobility European Projects Granada) and we would like to invite you to work together with us in the framework of the LLP (Life-Long Learning Programme), Leonardo da Vinci Mobility projects (IVT, PLM and VETPRO) and Erasmus placements projects: internships for students in higher education. It would be our pleasure to act as your Receiving/Host organisation or Intermediary organisation in Granada, Southern Spain.
We would like to collaborate with you within your European Mobility projects either in your already approved Leonardo da Vinci Mobility project(s) in 2011 or 2012 and in your new projects to be submitted in the next call for proposals until January/February 2013 or in your new Erasmus placements projects until March 2013.
You may already have an approved project and partnership with another company however, here are some reasons to keep us in mind:
We can organise internships tailored to every type of trainee coming i.e. within LdV IVT, PLM or Erasmus placements (internships for higher education students) and we can also organise all kinds of study visits for teachers and experts of every sector i.e. within LdV VETPRO projects.
We are located in Granada, Andalucía, where the abundance of heritage and culture is outstanding thus the variety of excursions available is highly impressive and where we enjoy a fantastic weather, being one of the cities with more sunny days per year in Spain and having a very nice average temperature during the year (average annual temperatures are 23º C maximum and 8º C minimum).
Granada claims its fame for the high quality of education thus our organisation attracts many teachers and experts coming from the VETPRO programme.
We also have a wide network of private and public organisations collaborating with us within the Leonardo da Vinci and Erasmus placement programmes for receiving our students in internship, which allows us to always provide the most appropriate training to every trainee.
Our team are young, diverse, professional and energetic, we fulfill requirements to the highest expectations and promptly. We like to ensure everyone has a smile on their face by the end of their visit- often many don’t want to leave!
Our experience and professionalism with previous groups has always been very positive and our services have been recommended to their colleagues/ other organisations with whom we have consequently built partnerships, many of whom return annually.
We provide a comprehensive service including: Administration and Management (organisation of the programme, monitoring, mentoring, evaluation and certification); Accommodation and Local Transport for the carrying out of the different activities included in the programme. We can also offer other additional services covering everything that the group may need from the moment in which they arrive to Spain to the moment when they leave such as Meals (i.e. offering breakfast, lunch and dinner at a near restaurant); Airport Transfer, Pedagogical, Linguistic and Cultural training (i.e. Spanish language course) and a full range of cultural activities in Granada (day and evening duration like visit to Alhambra, Discovering Granada in Depth, Flamenco evening, etc.), and trips to other cities in Andalusia or in other parts of Spain. We are also able to personalise a trip to suit your needs.
We help you to prepare the documents needed before the arrival of the group and during the stay of the group so that before the group leaves you will take all the documents needed with you. Additionally, if later on your National Agency requires any further document, we are willing to help you and send you this document promptly.
We provide certificates at the end of the stay for the project participants in internship both issued by our organisation (M.E.P. Europrojects Granada) and also if required from the organisation in which the participants will develop the internship, a certificate for accrediting the Pedagogical, Linguistic and Cultural training and the Europass Mobility certificate.
The well-being and safety of our groups whilst on the programme is of the upmost importance to us. We are available 24hours a day if any problems arise.
It is important for us to keep in close contact with the coordinators of the groups, prior and during their stay, in order to eliminate any doubts or problems and most of all to ensure a smooth transition from their home country to Granada.
If you are thinking about preparing a new project with us, we would like to encourage and invite you and your organisation to participate in European Mobility projects either under Leonardo da Vinci Mobility and/or Erasmus placement this year. Both, if you are an experienced project coordinator or if this is the first time that you will take part in a European project, we would be delighted to work together. We encourage your participation, as during this international economic recession, the European Commission is investing in European projects, knowing that this investment in training programmes is one of the best ways to move out of the recession. Therefore, we should all try and provide a useful, practical, professional experience for young trainees that make it easier for them to access the labour market, as well as improve the abilities of professionals in education or in any other professional sector.
From our experience, we know that a thoroughly prepared project has more likelihood of gaining the final approval from its relevant National Agency. For that reason, please do contact us and let us know your project idea so that we can start working together to arrange your project proposal. We would be very happy to prepare our Letter(s) of Intent for your new project(s) and provide you with our help and assistance in anything that we can.
On the other hand, if you have some already approved projects and you would like to collaborate with us on these, even if they have a very tight deadline, please send us the relevant information and we will start working on them immediately.
If our proposal may be of interest to you and if you would like to obtain some more information about M.E.P. Europrojects Granada, please do not hesitate to contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org
) or telephone (+34 958250284 or +34 634 762 143). We would also like to invite you to visit our professional page on Facebook and see some of our photos and our work with our groups:
