FIKO Institut für Handlungskomptenz, an educational institution based in Berlin, Germany, is pleased to inform you of the new training courses that will take place between July-December 2014 in Berlin, Germany. More specifically our five day courses will be focused on: 1. "Classroom Management" How to deal with (difficult) pupils today? 2. "I´ll Work" Career guidance in schools through the simulation of an economical cycle. 3. "Fit at Work" Career guidance and counseling in school. The full program description is here available: http://www.fiko-berlin.de/international ... g-courses/ The purpose of the courses is to give teachers and educators effective tools for the reduction of early school leaving and to increase attainment between education institutions and enterprises through career guidance, improving the employability of young people. The courses are aimed to teachers, staff of education institutions and cicivl society organizations. We would be pleased if the National Agency could inform the local organizations of these training courses. FIKO would be also pleased to become Partner under the Key Action 2 Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices, in order to develop and implement project dealing with Career Guidance and Conflict Management. FIKO Institut für Handlungskomptenz is active since 2009, working with high-schools and enterprises in Berlin on the topic career guidance, on behalf of the German Federal Employment Agency and of the Regional Government of Berlin. FIKO has been certified according to the Regulation EN ISO 9001 and to the German Regulations on the Accreditation and Approval for Employment Promotion (AZAV).
