Based on the opening of applicants for the KA2, more than one field, in the ERASMUS+ program, we hereby request your attention to the following exposure.
PsiPorto is a small portuguese company operating in the field of vocational training (such as external training provider of learning courses), psychological counseling (assessment of conductors) and consulting of multiple projects.
It has the intention to build a European project that aims to provide construction/adaptation of a pedagogical strategy, in vocational training, enabling trainees to complete their training process, while ensuring the development of skills, taking into account several problems. There is an intervention of various educational agents, in the double strand of learning: as teachers and as learners.
Based on the action-research methodology, this project arises from the inconsistent attendance of learners, not having the basic needs satisfied, in the absence of resources and mechanisms of support, in dysfunctional families and sometimes numerous families, among other realities. To contest these difficulties, we are proposing the development of a project based on the application of three distinct phases, arranged from:
- Moment of diagnosis, where are covered cognitive skills of learners and the creation of a relational agency;
- Three structural and personalized interventions, where we propose several campaigns of awareness with and in the community (general content delivery), individualized access to resources shares and respective institutional and social support (direct relationship) and guidelines for the training process (receipt of inputs and process of self-training);
- Review of goals and gains, phase that occurs across the project, from instruments produced for this purpose and others.
Believing that this strategy will produce significant improvements and it’s capable of achieving the ultimate goal, PsiPorto is available not only to test it with their learning classes (those already in progress and providing start) as well as to extend this comprehensive and complex concept to other entities that share this concern and analyze this design as an enhancer of alternative skills development (transverse) to produce citizens capable of becoming more autonomous, conscious and self-critical.
This email comes together with a request for assistance to locate companies/institutions that your agency can identify as being interested in performing partnership in this challenge, as collaborators of the project, as well as implementing and assessing their stages. Therefore, the research partners will be emphasized to entities within the educational and vocational training (vocational schools and private entities), central management in public bodies in the area of vocational training (similar to IEFP and ANQEP, in Portugal).
Despite the possible singularity of our request, PsiPorto anticipates in this possibility of applying for the Erasmus+ a responsible, competent and able to produce quite effective and meaningful results response program design, improving not only the quality of vocational training such as building active social skills, more principled and dedicated citizens.
