Eruditus organization would like to introduce to you our course “Interactive teaching - Using Educational Games along with New Technology in order to enhance learners' motivation” which will take place in Konstanz- one of the most beautiful towns in Germany situated at the border with Switzerland- between 07 to 13 February, 2016. (arrival/departure days)
The course deals with the impact of Interactive teaching methods on learners’ motivation. Classes will be taught in a very practical way based on the “learning by doing” principle and the participants are expected to play an active role within the training period, experiencing for themselves the educational games, internet resources and contributing with their own proposals.
The course contains the following modules:
Module 1: Motivation, Games and their popularity; How to create a responsive, captivating learning environment; Classroom Management Techniques;
Module 2: Types of educational games and other interactive/innovative teaching methods;Interaction beyond the classroom walls - Outdoors Activities: (Visit to the Federal Institute of Technology – Zurich)
Module 3: Practice makes perfect: ’trying on’ the Educational Games;
Module 4: Sharing experience: participants suggest their own interactive activities
Module 5: New Technology and Internet resources (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Working with Google Docs, Add-ons); Networking for future „Erasmus+” opportunities
A city tour of Konstanz along with a visit to the famous Rhine Falls (the largest waterfall in Europe) will be organised in the afternoons.
The programme will include a day with outdoors activities in Zurich with a tour of the Old Town, a visit to the Federal Institute of Technology - a prestigious High Education Institution - and some * time in the city.
The course fee is 350 Euros per person. Cultural events are not included in this price.
Participants will be offered a Certificate of Attendance and the Europass Mobility.
